I guess question to people who have really clear rules / info from EA, Respawn - EA_Mako and company: you probably have heard that especially in this season in EMEA servers there is a much higher than before number of smurfs in higher rank lobbies (e.g. level 50 player at D1 level which is obvious to all who have played the game that this is not legit new gifted player and as subtle as bought level 300+ account that also clearly smurfing)If additional data is needed I can compile my stats easily over next few days, I get them on daily basis in stead doses. most of them are hacking and/or boosting people to higher ranks = which as per my understanding and latest Zeus video (https://youtu.be/[Removed]) is bannable and ban is applied not only to the person hacking/boosting but also other party members for game exploit throwing games (disconnecting / dying instantly) is not allowed by rules either current state of reporting is let's call it "not fast" and does not yield results = it is somewhat pointless to report those smurfs/hackers as time and time again we see that they keep playing for days, months, years. adding to that point nr.2 kinda demotivates reporting smurf who played with you because if the player gets banned you might go down with him as "got boosted" So I want to ask what is your suggestion regarding this situation to a) clean up mentioned problem b) not get banned in the process of playing games? How to deal with smurfing hackers?

Again, if you believe your teammates are cheating, you should report them either in-game or through the link provided above.

While I understand you're talking about being banned just because you happened to play one match with a cheater; bans are typically issued when you are frequently playing with a cheater.

In other words:

Getting randomly paired with a cheater once, (or twice / a few times) by the game, or by joining the cheater's party once, (without knowing that player is cheating), shouldn't result in you being banned, (especially if you report the player for cheating and then avoid playing with them).

In cases where you are banned just by being on the same team, (such as what happened to that one player in the video you had provided), all you can do is to make an appeal with the EA TOS Team.

What discord you are talking about? If ban command center, as far as I know they disabled option to report players there ages ago and forwarded everyone to web form.
But as explained in web form action is not taken fast enough + there is this risk from youtube video that you get banned for playing with such players while dropping the game also is bannable = basically if they follow rules to a T you are f#$@ as soon as such player is on your team :D
That's why my question. But based on activity here even EA is not sure what to do, maybe EA_Barry can comment given he has replied to other threads in forums today :)

Brother, perhaps as I said, you should go to Discord to submit, and you may also watch them cheat again with the same account. This is the only thing EA's anti cheating measures can do

Yesterday alone had hacking level 27 in D2 rank on my team, level 50 D1 on my team, multiple <level 50 on opposing teams using aimbots and wallhacks...
