How to get refunded after a bug in the shop
You can't 🙂 EA help has tell me they cannot, so I lose real money and EA does not care, sad

Request a refund right here on EA Help. You’ll be able to see if your games are eligible for the Great Game Guarantee. If you have purchases that qualify for a refund, you can complete and submit the refund request form.

hey i have been playing for a while now and i got perma banned and then unbanned but i did not get anything back including: wraith heirloom, void walker, and much more and a few days ago i had spent some money on the game and i did not get any currency in game(i had spent a total of $40 dollars) and i did not get a single apex coin so i contacted you on a different thing and i still have not gotten a response also i still have not gotten any currency.
Ps. i am 11 and i dont really understand why this happened. and i am kinda sad now so yea. if you can get a refund on my apex coins it would make me happy and make my mom less stressed because when i told here she got kinda mad because it did not work soo yea EA ii hope you have a good day peace. <3
