you misunderstood, i mean after the bracelet timer starts so she can use it again, after she landed and its all done, it takes a long time to be able to throw and use again, like 30 seconds which is a long time under fire.
i use the volt a lot but its not as good as the devotion, it gets me killed sometimes, so i guess if she had more bullets like rampart does with smg but with enery weapons like the volt it would be good?
@hayhorImo there are offence and defensive legends and tactics.. Not every legend is built for team play.. His jump pad helps the team my shot gun perk would make his speed boost / him scouting being ahead of the team, useful for something without being to OP like up close and personal in and out style.. Path isnt useless now but with low ttk he was.. With blood/crypto getting scouting tools path is bottom tier
@DaleWWilson95 I agree to be honest. He's intended to be an all out offense legend, thats what he brings to the team.
Octane is basically the legend that goes in for the kill, he excels at flanking, cutting off escape points and rushing enemies at that critical moment.
For me any buff we get for him should further enforce these skill sets rather than giving him some gimmicky team based ability that will likely move away from where he excels.
I honestly don't think he's a bad legend, he's just played poorly for the most part.
I think loba would need a better passive. Seeing items is somewhat usefull early but what comes to majority of engagements it is most of the time just annoying and useless since i know im gonna loot those places anyways. As she is thief, when she melees while her bracelet is not on cooldown. she could steal 30 armor from enemy on melee on top of the normal 30 dmg. if the enemy dont have armor then it would just be regular melee. It would reward her for going toe to toe with enemies in close combat with that fat * eating all the shots and q being horrible escape.
This might be the worst idea i have ever gotten but i wrote it already so i dont care
