@Koochi-Q A fun filled night of glorious gore amongst other things then after looking forward to the return of KC (again) I can happily say after 3 rounds that I won't be playing this much more for awhile.• Servers - Problem since day dawn and nothing has/will change.• Sound - Absolutely atrocious and getting worse.• Ability to easily pick up loot in every game but this. Still.• Content sucks. Couple skins per season with a load of trash. Woop!• Maps - 1 good map that they drip feed because they're losing players.(WE sucks and if someone disagrees then you probably do too.. Snipe 1 team at a time while someone carries you because every half decent player I know loved this game for the fast paced CQC 3+ team aggro in pre + S1)• Uniqueness - We all look the same except a handful of skins and heirlooms are overpriced garbage for the service they're providing.• Lobbies - Half dc before round starts then when you get a full squad you know some tool will leave in 30secs after drop.• Friends - Even after refreshing my friends list multiple times people keep leaving for greener grass making synergy hard to create and keep.None of these complaints are anything new but when you also literally have zero communication from the devs, my patience for something I want to support and be involved in are diminishing rapidly.Edit: Feel much better now..Now I'm off to slay some more hell spawn. xD

@Koochi-Q I'm on second easiest, hurt me plenty? Wanted to appreciate the errr graphics and... errm.. the story...yea, that's it! Was doing fine till this part I'm on now where I couldn't find a damn totem, then realised there wasn't one so I was getting slapped around while I looked for it.. xD Defo loving it atm and a taste of why I got into fast paced shooters.@Cro_Pittt What gave you the impression I'm mad? Far from it, in the angry sense at least. Another event with generic recolours and weapon skins that everyone else has with practically zero character customisation for those that want to play barby in a game that has its packets sent by pigeons... So exciting right! Let me go get my bank card..

@apostolateofDOOM I wasn't serious lol. My comment was mostly sarcastic. The game now doesn't even feel nice to play anymore, at least on PS4. Smooth movement? what's that? 😕

@Cro_PitttAhh, see that now. When I first read it I was still wiping the blood from my eyes. xD@Koochi-QFYI it's the demon summoner Archvile. Pretty easy when you realise it's him but thought it was a buff totem as they were all glowing red. :P

@apostolateofDOOM Lolz I told ya. My initial post is a very subjectively influenced but objectively precise PSA. I know if others do the same thing they’ll see it for what it is. I’ve had alot of fun with Apex but seeing first hand how ‘omg it’s not butter’ unsmooth the controls are to DOOM, well... let’s just say I finally can let go...

I was waiting for KC too, but now, I’ll see if I’ll even play Apex somewhere in the next 2 months...

The gore is always good in DOOM. On what difficulty are you playing? I’ve set it on the second hardest (not counting the 1 life mode or the set lives mode). Most of the time I’m all right... but when an influx of demon battles come around... I have to be carefull not to die within 10 seconds xD. And I love it!

@apostolateofDOOM Why are u so mad? Don't worry soon we'll have another LTM with bunch of skins to buy, that's the real deal, not the laggy servers or the worst audio ever made in a fps 😉

@apostolateofDOOM Lolz I’m actually right at the same place XD. I saw the totem (locked up) right away so I knew I had some killing to do. But play that on my difficulty... you’ll know agony if you dont have enough bullets, cause if you want to chainsaw for bullets... you’ll get stomped by 4 demons just waiting till you finish XD.

But after a couple killings there were portals, but each time I went inside one, almost every time I got insta-killed by a demon with perfect aim while traveling through trying to get away :P

Now I’m up from my nap so I’m back at it again (for whatever reason I cant play Bethesda games long. Have this with both DOOM & Wolvenstein... even tho I like the games)

@Koochi-Q I'll play on a easier mode to start with, blitz through the normal missions then start the torture and search for the secret encounters and the rest I missed in insanity + after. Got my 1 hit wonder demon Excalibur thingy last night then had to take a break as I'm the same, it satisfies my bloodlust but it's exhausting too and also I drank to much, which is why I can't remember what it's called. xD

@apostolateofDOOM I do quite the opposite. I like to play at a harder difficulty cause that usually gives me a challenge. When I’ve done that and like the game and have some stuff left to do, I do it on an easier mode unless the harder difficulty was actually already easy.

The game is lying to me! I know for certain that those Empyrean keys (excalibur key thingies :P) are invisible for me for whatever reason. Today I was standing right where one was supposed to be. I knew it 100% certain without having to look up where those keys were. So I thought that I maybe had to do the 2 encounters of that lvl. Did that, went back, nope. Thought I had to do every battle in that lvl, nope. So I googled it and my suspicion was correct. It was supposed to be there but wasn’t. No one online mentions why it’s invisible.

So I knew that in prev missions I didn’t just ‘look past it’. I explore thoroughly and the fact that I only miss those things in all maps, every darn time, made no sense.

So I know that playing with cheat codes on lvl select lets you not get the keys... I had the first one on, but seeing as cheat codes dont work on actual campaign I just left it toggled on and forgot it after first mission. I turned it off now, next mission is Mars mission. If I do see the key this time this game is ridiculous! Denying me something due to the game’s own decision to keep a cheat code toggled on, in a mode where it doesn’t even work!

Lets investigate... I’ll share my findings.

Have fun drinking and massacre’ing. Thats the way to do it!
