i used blue and green since i found these are easy to see in different light conditions i tried various shapes and settled on these:
i removed the tape from before at my families request so i tried some more and found it harder to no scope hip fire people so i added some more tape thats acceptable to my family here it is below, notind the clear spot above the reticle and the reticle is covered this is because in devotion the reticle is raised by that amount about the size of a dummies head in the firing range about ten feet away so i lifted the reticle this way.
since its the shape of a cross i put some holy water on the spot the cross was before to add some effect to the cross. like the keaunu reeves movie scene where he uses holy water in the gun fight in the movie Constantine idk if it works but its fun so yeah, i c a bunch of scary names mentioning the devil so i figured why not. i even tried to bless it touching it and said the our father prayer and psalm 23 prayer. like a pre game ritual.;
it was hard to ads and shoot with snipers and shiela sometimes so i cut out a spot in the middle where the crosshairs dot is. heres my newest and best version so far below:
It will make a mess on the acrylic screen. If you want crosshairs; I would recommend using two black threads, you can tape them to the case and align them top to bottom and left to right as you see fit.

about using threads maybe you show a picture and if i can i will try too lets have some fun.
the painters masking tape i have been using and holding on with scotch tape has been ok so far ive removed it a bunch of times.
to be extra clean i could wipe the tape glue away with rubbing alcohol i guess, but i sit so far away from the tv any residue is not visible to me and theres really no marks left when i remove the tape.
