I appear offline to my friends even tho i am online Apex legends

I appear offline to my friends and vice versa

Im on console, both of them are on pc. We were playing, inviting each other a bunch earlier then all of the sudden i appear offline to them and they do to me. They both can see each other and invite each other but not me. I think this happened when i accidentally switched servers. I am currently reinstalling because we literally tried everything in order to fix this bs of a bug
