I bought founders pack for it to be removed from the game?!

I kinda had this issue with one of the PS exclusive free packs. Installed it and didn't receive content. Checked back and it was showing uninstalled but when i tried to reinstall it the the download button would just glitch out. Seems like apex issues with content are becoming a recurring theme across the board. O.o

@MandatoryIDtag Do you happen to recall which exact pack it was?

You can use the steps here to check your purchase history if that helps.

@EA_David Hi bud, just to clarify it was the PS plus exclusive wraith/caustic pack. I had the issue upon its release and it wouldn't work after a week or 2 of attempts. I've just tried again now and it's actually downloaded.
False alarm haha, i'm glad this OP popped up though or would never have remembered to try again.

  @PA94303 I checked on my own account, my Founder's content shows up as normal. If yours is still missing, can you see if you can redownload it?

    @EA_David It showed up as normal 20min or so later I was kinda confused because it showed up right after I posted this thread lol
