- Gabrielmojo264 years agoSeasoned Ace@Alphabets Agreed, but the hivemind wanted him buried, not to mention "those nerfs didn't change anything".
This is unfortunately another Horizon 2.0 incident. - Nasher3554 years agoSeasoned Veteran@Alphabets That's the point
It's the Apex way. Either legends arrive so weak no one plays them (Loba, Rampart, Fuse) so they get buffed, or they arrive so OP everyone moans about them (Horizon, Valk, Seer) and they get nerfed.
- @EdwardDLuffy This nerf was not good, Seer supposed to be a Recon legend, one that detect enemies with his kit, but honestly now Bloodhound is much better, you won't miss a scan with him, and it also show you traps
- @Alphabets that's the problem with Seer's design in general. It's either he's a bootleg Bloodhound or a stronger version of Bloodhound.
@Alphabets Good very good, he needs more nerf. Skilled players still are using Seer over BH.
I played seer yesterday for BP stars and I thought he was fine. I did not have much trouble hitting the tactical, maybe I missed twice? It was described to us as a "skill shot," and frankly I think given that description it's still maybe a bit too easy, since it's as wide as a truck.
I'm a pretty mediocre player, and my impression is that the nerf is pretty sound. Bad players can no longer easily outplay you with him, I see that as a good thing.
- @pandareno1999 It will never be a skill shot if it goes through walls and rocks. Revs need skill to hit people with their tactical. So do fuses and bangalores. Seer doesnt.
I have to say that, despite the nerfs, I still found myself repeating "man this legend is stupid!" a lot of times to my partner.
- @pandareno1999 I don't know how are you playing but I really struggle hitting targets, to the point that I kinda stopped using tactical and focused on passive and ultimate
