they won't and can't help you. EA TOS team might not even exist ngl i feel like its just one person rejecting everyone as for your lack of ban history its the same for me even on my alt that is banned which i never appealed. EA is bugged and their advisors offer zero help i got banned for probably nothing as well. just never play another EA game
They never question whether their anti-cheat system and operational logic might be flawed. Seriously, what sane person would cheat just for a momentary thrill using an account they've invested time and money into? Even if someone were insane enough to want to cheat, wouldn't they only do it with a brand-new account?
