    @mellamokiko What is the issue that you're running into? Are you having difficulty finding his account or do you not know where to look for the "find a friend" feature?

    The thread is fairly vague so it's hard to offer advice.

    Hey @mellamokiko 

    There are a few common issues that cause this, however you do need to be more specific to get better more relevant help.

    If your brother uses the same EA Account, you cannot friend him, unfortunately. Go to your EA Account settings page and see if your EA Account is linked to his device.

    If your brother uses PC, people can have the same name because of Steam’s name system. If multiple people have the same name, ask your brother to temporarily change their Steam name to something unique so you can friend them and then they can change it back.
