I can't believe this "1 Experienced 2 Newbies" matchmaking is still a thing?

Came back to the game after a while, and mostly played Ranked with my friends, but then I tried pubs solo, holy hell.

And they managed to always fight first and of course, downed first, but not even 1 player from my team was able to knock out 1 enemy. Matches after matches.

I mean my aim and sense are still pretty stiff as well, but I'm sure because the system detects me as an "Experienced player" based on my stats, I'm still getting matched with newbies, which is not helpful for both parties lol, not even when I play like I used to be, which is mostly end up to be a 1v3...

    Yep, I got a 5 year old child tonight and another one that was 8 a few games later.  It's funny because the 5 year old wasn't bad with a Nemesis, lol.

    @bosourd Yes same experience.

    Hundreds back to back games where teammates leave with 33 damage and 0 damage.

    This is their idea of matchmaking. I get to delete this game in 2 weeks time. And that'll be the end of EA finally for me.

    This is 95% of matches anymore. Has been for... years now? It used to irritate me, but in the rare matches with "equal" skill teammates I still end up leaving them on their own and they still end up dead early game. Sure, they do more damage and maybe even get a kill, but their entire mindset is "attack moving objects until kill or die." The skill level may be different but the mindset is still the same. There are no sensible people left in this game regardless of skill. And I've finally got to a place in my head where this is freeing. I can't really help them so I stop trying and stop feeling bad for what they do to themselves, and then I can get on with doing what I CAN do in a match - gear up, stay alive, position carefully, and patiently wait for the right place to come together with the right time.

    It's the same for me. When I get let's say a diamond player (even one) I am immediately put against pre-stacked predators / ttvs.

    When I see skilled player I may at this point just disconnect because the lobby will be filled with prestacks.
