i cant log into old account - what do i do?
I have an apex account (not saying it so that others dont steal my account) that I made many years ago with an email address that my dad made, who i cannot contact anymore due to personal issues, and i dont know the email address that he used. When i try to log into my account all it shows is the first two letters of my email, and that there was a confirmation code sent to it. I dont know what this email is or how to log into it, or the password to my account. I have screenshots of me logged into the account on my xbox, is there anyway that i can get my account back?? PS. i spent over 200 dollars on it, itd be really nice if i could get in, and if it helps, i bought the valkyrie heirloom a few years ago.

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you can try verifying some other account information with our support team to get those details updated.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
