I cant make appeal to my ban

    Please avoid starting new threads to ask for the same thing; creating multiple threads won't help your case and is against the rules. Let me know here if you keep running into problems submitting the form.

    The EA Staff here on EA Forums can't manually review your account ban. 

    If there's no way for you to submit the appeal form on the website, not even using an incognito window on the browser and without logging in with your EA account, please try selecting the Contact us button at the bottom of this guide to get in touch with the Customer Support team.

    Our advisors will do their best to submit the dispute on your behalf. Thank you for your patience with this.

I mean come here is the only way and only thing I can do, I hope u understand me. I press contact us and the ai lead to the place of appeal survey. Samething happened again and again, I just cant create the case and NO ONE IS HELPING ME. What should I do?

Have you tried what I recommended earlier?

Using an incognito window, not logging in with your EA account, and using the Contact us button from the locked out of your EA account guide rather than the ban dispute guide. This should get you through to our support team advisors.

It might also help to try using a different connection or device to submit the support request; something might be blocking it on your current device or network.

    Yes I do, I tried appeal on my phone, it said case not created, I tried ur link and it just and AI keep talking to me and "the ai lead to the place of appeal survey." MAYBE I JUST DONT DESERVE TO PLAY THE GAME. I press contact us and how it leads to team advisors? what is the path through ai?

      Does this also happen if you're not logged in to your EA account and are using an incognito window in your browser?

      In the chat, only mention that you can't log in to your EA account, let's see if that works and connects you through.

        Yes I use incognito window, how do people check penalty history with not logged in account?
