I cant play apex because account is banned
My account isn't banned on apex yet when i try to play it up tells me my account is banned

If you're seeing a message saying your account has been banned upon launching Apex, then that would likely be the case. It'd be worth checking your Penalty History page after ensuring you're signed in on the account you usually play on.
