I can't play because Party member preprocessing

I have had this issues for six months I stopped playing because I didn't know how to fix it it keeps saying "party member preprocessing" BUT AM NOT EVEN IN A PARTY! So am just stuck in the main scree...

@MLGnoobslayer399 I get that message nearly after every game, and the way ive found to fix it is my clicking my options button, then my touchpad. this will send you to the main menu where you just need to load into the game again, you don't need to change servers. This has worked for me as ive had this bug on both my ps4 and ps5
