I didn't get any point in my ranked games after #1 and #2

Today I started to play in gold 4 with 2918 RP

I made a win with 6 kills and I got no point for that.

It moved from squad score screen to homepage bypassing the screen with ranked game points.

I made a second game where i lost early with 1 kill (-24 + 10 point for the kill = -14) and the point got counted (I had then 2904 RP)

I made a 3rd game where I made #2 with 7 kills and I again got no point for that with the same scenario as the first game...

I'm sure all games were in ranked queue (I was playing with a friend who got his points and I could see the points in the top right corner during those games).

I already got this once before the reset in season 7 with a win with +5 kills and no point in plat 4 (it was sometimes around the 1st December).

Do you know what is happening ?

It's really frustrating when only negative points are taken.

    is normal, because server they suck! i land and not fint nothing optic weapons etc and my kd now is 0.8 from 2 and rest hits not registered

    @thyyyb happened to me was rank up gold 1 to plat i launched a game was against plat with plat but after dying i stayed in gold

    Experienced the bug during the 2nd half of Season 8, was not good at the game yet at the time so I didn't bother to report.

    Frustrating tho I was supposed to be on Plat IV before the reset.

    Now on Season 9, Champion matches with equivalents of more than 150+ points were not counted.

    Next matches with lower points and deductions were counted. Kind of frustrating when you actually are getting the hang of the game already.

    Currently on Gold IV and supposedly on Gold III if my last match was counted.

    Hope this gets fixed soon as this is a crucial point where a player might quit out of frustration and rage after working hard in getting better hahaha.

    This bug is still happening, I should be diamond 4 but I'm plat 2. I reported and i did what I can but nothing, this bug is still in and I litteraly can not play ranked like this.
