Few weeks ago I Got my account banned and I realized that my brother was using some cheats while he is playing with other account and then I thought only my account was banned but i tried to make another account then suddenly I Got another banned and i notice that I got HWID banned, I contact EA support they didn't give me any solution they emailed me saying : We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s gameplay rules.Because your account was cheating, we’ve permanently blocked your access to Apex Legends’ online features And I really apologize for my brother behavior I'm really sorry and I didn't do that cheat so it's not my faultthe HWID shouldn't get banned and also my account.thanks for helping me and I wish my account get back.

@bo9day8 Apologizing won't do you any good. You made a mistake(your brother) and now this is your punishment. Next time don't let your brother use your new PC.

If the cheats were only active when he was playing, you might be able to get unbanned.

@Daze623 what is clara vibes? and btw if I was cheating I would admit that Nothing to be ashamed and I apologize if I cheated but I'm not that person who like hacks, the most fun part of the game I will miss it.. cheating makes the game boring. However, I'm the only one in my house got pc which my brother use it too but when he download some hack stuff I didn't know about it its really * suddely u see Your account is banned its really annoying shocking and I know it will take some time for ea sport to respond and I have to beg them but this is the only way to get my account back. and you don't know who to throw the blame on ? is me letting my brother to play with my pc or my bro or origin its really long story. "its easy to talk * when the problem is not yours.

That's the worst excuse I've heard, I mean... come on, at least give us more understanding surrounding the entire incident, you share a computer? is it a family computer? If it is your computer you have a responsibility, Respawn should be able to check when the second account was made and if it used right after you played on your main, etc to compare it really was your brother cheating but seriously if you are guilty you deserve to never play an online game again. That is my opinion.

I wonder what hacks did he use? Why use your good account for testing hacks?
Cheats should not be used because it spoils everyone investment, skill and time and this ur punishment for attempting.
Speed cheats is most brutal in Apex Legends. I can kill enemy player with Aimbot or ESN but never can kill a Speed cheater.
Apex is a really good game trust me its going to be hard to find game like this and its free.

@GAcc_SoundRise I agree with you this is the worst excuse I've heard it too but. let's think about it little bit imagine you have brother ok and you got 1 pc and someday he decided to download cheats without your permission In addition he didn't tell me anything about it so I have no idea.
although he knows that Apex legend ban the HWID and he knows if I get banned ill be mad at him then you decide to log in suddenly you see your account has been banned and then you decide to figure how to get your account back while you are stressful and angry for your brother behavior then you decide to contact EA sport to beg them to get your account back for unfair banned then you write a big apologize essay then people like u come and throw blame on me. just put yourself in my place and think about it little bit. this is my advice for you think before you talk.

@Mary-Reilly-Film according to my brother he used "skycheats" and he didn't use it a a lot in my account but he use it on his account : "Yaa3ainy" he just loves to cheat and win. as result I got HWID banned .. its mean whenever I log to any account in my computer they get banned too.. and i didn't play this game much i started to play with it 2-3 months ago i guess. and i really agree with you that cheats are really * they just ruin the fun part of the game. where is the joy ? of playing and u got everything. a wise man once said if everything were easy, life will boring. The challanges and the difficulty of game it gives for the player the motive to play again and again and makes him happy. and its really sad when I get banned then i have to wait or just buy new HWID but its really unfair bro its hard to express your feeling..

@bo9day8 Talking from a logical view, EA can't tell who is sitting behind that screen. Ofc he cheated with a different account, but there is no way of proving who was who. You can take that however you want, but it's the sad truth.
