I got hacked from three different asian countries and got banned

So idk if anyone else may have had a similar situation, but I’ve been trying to appeal for a month now and even have the screenshots of my account being accessed from outside of the country but to no success. Since I paid for stuff on apex I’ve been trying to get it back but yeah EA has not been helpful with contact. I thought I’d just post here if there was any helpful information but if not guess I’ll just make a new account
