I got instantly banned
I got instantly banned for toxic behavior because how my teammate was acting and being toxic to me and saying worse stuff than I was but I get banned and he doesn’t even though he basically said the same thing I did. I didn’t even get a suspension or nothing they take toxic behavior very serious It looks like lol but I put so much money into that account and I have been a week one player also all they say is that my cases are duplicates which I don't know how because it’s completely different from the other ones It’s really unfair I can see if they ban you after you get a suspension or two but not just once this is my first time getting reported and I just don’t think its fair for them to just ban me over 3 words when people can just go around spamming the N-Word and getting away with it. I just want my account unban.
Sorry to here what happened to you.
Here on the forum we cannot assist with Bans. You will have to contact EA support and the ToS team if you would like to dispute the ban.
However from how you describe things it does not look like this will help because:
1. You admit that you were Toxic and said/wrote something bad.
2. It looks like you were reported for this and action was taken by the ToS team.
One thing to remember for the future two wrongs do not make a right.
If someone is toxic towards you, ignore them, mute them report them, but by all means do not let yourself get baited into being toxic yourself as this will lead to consequences for you and your account.
