I got permanently banned over my brother
I got a permanent ban over my brother playing apex legends and as he is toxic he started to swear at some people mid game, now that he's gone i wanted to play apex but i got permanently banned, and i had some good things on apex so i was wondering if i could just get unbanned as i'll keep my brother off my PC when he comes over.
Plus my brother didn't know any better he's 10

It isn't possible to help you with bans or suspensions here on Answers HQ.
If you think the ban or suspension was a mistake, you will have to contact EA directly:- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
- Make sure to log in to the account you've been banned or suspended on.
- Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
- Choose your platform.
- Select 'Manage my account', then 'Banned or suspended account'.
- Fill out any additional details.
- For example, it might ask you if you are playing the game through an EA Play membership.
- Click 'Select contact option' at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the + sign.
- Fill out the attached web form to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.
The process of reviewing your ban or suspension might take some time. Only fill in this form once, sending in more appeals isn't going to speed things up.
