I hate Noobs who take purple and don't heal at all
Why you even playing this game. I leave these people to die and will not pick them up at all. They are useless to me.

On the topic of armour, if there's a Caustic or Gib on your team running around with lv1 armour while your Pathfinder has a lv3 armour consider trading with them assuming they're capable of carrying their weight because they're gonna be taking a lot more damage than you and thus need a lot more protection. If they're bots then * em but any good players should be helped, that way you're increasing your chances of winning because one of your team isn't getting downed every second
