I have 80+ Packs, should I wait for Season 4?

Other than gun charms, did the Dec 3rd update add any other skins/trackers to the game obtainable through packs. If not, I think I might hold off opening until Season 4.

@DankToliet Some gun charms + new mirage finisher is all that’s been added so just wait till new season + new legend
