I have not gotten in Heirloom in 500 packs
[ Spoiler ] I have opened 500 packs and have not gotten heirloom shards I am wondering what to do because I went into a chat room with somebody and they told me to come over here

@icyyycat sorry to hear that, I didn't open 500 packs and got the heirloom shards. My friends who have been playing this for years say I am very lucky. The odds are incredibly high of getting them at all apparently.
