I need help from an Apex administrator

Question

After successfully recharging my Apex pass, the limited-time legendary unlock was successful, but the pass level rewards couldn't be claimed. I really love this game. I even recharged 120 combo packs two days ago. But this problem really bothers me a lot. Is there any solution to solve my problem? This problem really troubles me a lot. I really hope to solve this problem as soon as possible. I really love this game, but since this problem emerged, I haven't been in the mood to play for the past few days and have been feeling very down every day. I contacted EA's official customer service, but they told me they couldn't resolve the issue and directed me to the forum to find an Apex administrator for help. I really need your assistance.

Thanks for providing the screenshots.
I can see that you’ve included several images showing the Battle Pass and your purchase history. However, the text in the screenshots is in Chinese, which isn’t a language we support on this forum, so I’m not able to reliably verify the information shown there.
Could you please either:

switch the game/client language to English and provide new screenshots showing the affected Battle Pass rewards, or
describe in English which specific rewards are still locked and what Battle Pass level you are currently at?

We don’t have access to individual account entitlements or the ability to manually grant Battle Pass rewards through the forums, but I’d like to gather a few more details about what happened:

your platform,
whether you purchased/upgraded the Battle Pass before or after reaching the required reward level,
whether all premium rewards are affected or only certain ones.
