I need help with my case
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but every time I can’t act EA they just send me an email of my case with no other information why aren’t they responding.

If you check the status of your case under My Cases, what do they say?
If you're not getting anywhere with email, it might be easier to reach out to them via a chat. What problem are you having exactly?
