I upgraded my body shield by punching a MRVN?

I'm not one for MRVN abuse, but I do get a little pissy when one dumps out lots of white rubbish. So, yesterday I punched a less-than-generous MRVN and my shield upgraded from blue to purple. Lookin...

Sure,as soon as the MRVNs are programmed to rise up together and lunge 50m at you causing huge amounts of damage!

A MRVN uprising would be great.
Lead by Pathfinder (think of the costume opportunities) and the TF|2 MRVN commander who never got his high five.
