Hi!I playing Apex since the begining. I'm not a good player, sometimes I'm performing better, but most of the time I'm a noob. At Season 4 I slipped into Platinum, because I played with pro randoms. They liked my behavior, so they didn't mind to play together.When season 5 started I get into Silver rank. Right now, I can't even damage others, being slaughtered immediatelly, and play a longer game with several revives.I already reached out for support on ea.com, but they can't lower my rank.I'm not a pro player or esporter, and I'll never be (partially, because I blind to one of my eyes, so I'll never be a really good player), but I enjoyed the game until this point.My question is, how can I reach ANYBODY who can help me lower my rank, so I can compete with similary skilled opponents?I hope somebody can help me, because I now hopeless, and I can't enjoy those few hours of game.Thanks for any help or suggestion!

Wait a week or so then start playing ranked. those that were higher in rank will be at the top [ gold - plat ] by the end of this week and next [those gold / plats = dia - master]. then start playing you should have an easier time.

I want to get into lower rank, can't compete with others

Two options :
1. If you want to play now, create another account and just level up to Silver/Gold.
2. Otherwise, wait for soft reset 1.5 month from now, you will downgrade -1.5 level.

First of all your better then average for not screaming everybody is a cheater.
But the lobby's are SOO sweaty right now.
pubs/ranked doesn't matter.
I get HAMMERD by lvel 50's all day long.
Day before yesterday i won 8 games in a 14 game session...
Something has changed that they did not announce in their patch notes.

@BitingBulldog So you're basically saying that you've been carried and now you're getting stuck with better enemies? I know it sucks but you'd just have to join matches and just lose? Or like @asukojo suggested and make a "smurf" account or wait for a reset which is kinda long.

Thanks for all the help, guys, it means a lot to me.
Apex Legends was my only joy in the past year, and my very first online game. It meant a lot to me, because at my more depressed days one better match or a win meant the world to me and helped to get better on a bad day.
Today I realised a can't keep up anymore with other players. Ranked not getting easier, the other players are really good, since the start of the season I can't get a win nor a kill. Most of the time I struggle to keep alive until ring closing. I was a so-so player in ranked and trio in the past, but I feel like a piece of * right now. I know how frustrated others can get if they play teammates like this, so I decided to entirely leave the game to make sure others have little more joy without one player like me.

@BitingBulldog I'm in a predicament myself.
I can barely hold my own on a gunfight and people are hunting so if I play now it gets really sweaty but if I take a break I'm afraid I'll get bunched up with people who likes to camp for points and that's hella boring.
