I was banned exclusively on Steam.
I had a platform specific ban a few years ago exclusively on Steam. I can still play the game on Xbox and on Switch. I have done everything to request information from EA help, as well as asking why i have this ban. I was banned during a time when I didn't have a computer, and Steam didn't have cross progression yet. Near that time there was a huge data leak on Origin and a lot of accounts were compromised. I'm assuming when that is when I was banned. But even after all of this time, I still have a platform specific ban that I know absolutely nothing about and EA support will not provide me any information regarding the ban. If anyone has any idea of how I can fix this, or how I can contact a real person inside of EA, rather than getting an automatic response of 0 sustenance and value, I'd appreciate it, thank you.
Kamikaze3ll Sadly, EA Account bans cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.
> EA Help| Get information about EA Account locks, bans, and suspensionsHowever, if your ban was a VAC ban, there is no way to appeal it according to Steam's Support page, (however, Apex doesn't use Valve's Anti-Cheat, so its unlikely that you have a VAC ban from Apex):

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly it will automatically be removed.In short:
- If the ban is from EA/Respawn/Apex, you must contact the EA TOS Team
- If the ban is from Steam, (and is a VAC ban), that's permanent and cannot be removed by Steam Support
