I was stopped because of the hacking

I am a person who plays in Korea. However, I recently played Apex on PCbang and the action caused my EA account to be hacked by a Chinese person, who used nukes to get me suspended. I just like to play by learning languages little by little, even if the language doesn't work through Apex. However, as far as I know, the hacker took my fun for granted, and according to the regulations, the nuclear users are not solved by EA. However, I hope that people like me who have been unfairly suspended by hackers will be given a chance at least once. And even though I am not good at English, I write down my story through a translator. I hope other users will sympathize with my sadness. This capture gives me the reason for my account to be suspended. It says why this is gameplay enhancement and the date I got the suspension is June 26. But I didn't play the game on that date. The second picture is proof that I was hacked by China. It is obvious why Koreans received an advertisement for a summer discount event in Chinese. This leaves my sadness in this way. If this is what EA administrator sees, please don't take my happiness out. I won't play Apex anymore if the suspension isn't released.
