@ColdHoursI think that's a good idea as it shouldn't negatively effect revenue.
@Wingmannedbro Most players don't have an heirloom so it would still make them pretty useless to most.
Recolour sounds good but they will probably think if you spent enough to get the heirloom you would be happy to pay for the customisation.

@apostolateofDOOMI heard the same, from a reliable source. I think the option to spend Legend Tokens to re-roll your random dailies is right around the corner.
