if I get
If I get an heirloom before my 500th pack will I still get my guarantied or does it reset that progress
@Xdmcyeete If you get your heirloom shards via an apex pack, the counter will be reset yes.
If you were to earn a heirloom via a collection event, e.g the recent revenant one this would not reset your apex pack shard counter.
