Improved Communication Wheel
We all know that Apex is the absolute best at communicating without a microphone. I feel like better coordinated fights would be better with an Ultimate Status ping. From 0% - 89% if you used the ping all your legend would say is "My ultimate is not ready yet." And from 90% - 99% your legend would say "My ultimate is almost ready." At 100% your legend would say "My ultimate is ready!" Ex - "My Death Totem is Ready!" - "I'm ready to call in a Lifeline Package!". I know that Apex is a team-based game but sometimes when I want loot or go somewhere I dont want my team to follow me. Maybe if we hold down on the "I'm going here" or "Im looting here" there could be 2 icons - One with a single person representing that you want to go solo or an icon with 3 people showing that you want your team to go with you. If you choose to go solo your legend will say "I'm going over here by myself/ I'm going over here but don't follow me" for looting your legend could say "Im looting here by myself" or if you went with your team you could say " Let's go loot over here!" Also this would be completely extra but maybe a "Hello" ping? I mean the only sort of "Hello" communication is crouching a lot. This is just an idea but I feel like it would help lots of people.
@TsyeykkHas been offered many a time... from the beginning until now. They’ll either do it somewhere in the future or won’t... but no... apex might be best in communicating without mic for a BR but I know other games that do a better job like Paladins, Rocket league and basically any (mmo)rpg xD.
The only thing Respawn has to figure out is how to implement the new pings... but even for that reddit users and users on this forum offered ingenious ideas...for the ‘I’m going here, don’t follow’, just use Revenant as he actually says that xD
