@MilkySteve-0 Well no. Pathfinder is still one of the best at team mobility. He's also tied for the best disengage (with Loba) having a tactical that can just whip him up to a roof to heal.
Throwing out a wild guess I'd say they made his nerf so drastic for two reasons.
#1 They saw the impact of the Wraith nerfs and decided to make a similiar change in one go.
#2 They didn't want Loba to be seen as overpowered so it was better to give all disengage characters a larger cooldown.
Plus the community loves buffs right? People will react positively to buffing Loba/Wraith/Pathfinder's tacticals after S5 rather than nerfing all three if the developers started them out with low cooldowns.
You make a good point about positive reactions to buffs.
Do you think they overnerfed him so when they reduce nerf (dont want to call it a buff) it brings pathy mains back in droves?
Weirdest thing is respawn made this exact same mistake with titanfall 2 and grapples. Community said they nerfed the most fun part of the game. *puts tin foil hat on* Maybe that whole situation somehow made them money so they couldn't WAIT to do it to my boy pathy
