Incorrect ban, no response
Hey people, I'd like to know if anybody else has had this experience. A while ago my Apex account was suddenly banned. I have no idea why, I'm a mediocre player, I haven't dont much interesting in-g...
@KrMees You should be able to view a list of trusted devices here. Though that's not going to display each individual login, that would be what's available on your own profile.
As far as reaching back out to support, you're welcome to reach out to an advisor using the same method as before . There wouldn't be an alternative method as they would simply be checking to make sure that case was previously escalated up to our TOS team for review.
Just be sure that as mentioned in the last post, you're creating a brand new case to do this and simply referencing the prior case number so as not to remove that previously escalated case from the queue.
That said, as your case is in the correct queue, really the only information an advisor would be able to provide is that it is in the right spot for our TOS team to review. Cases do not time out or expire so it would just be a matter of the TOS team getting to your place in line essentially. I realize you've already been waiting quite a while beyond that typical window but really don't have any more clear timeframe at this point I'm afraid, sorry.
You can keep an eye on your case history here which will update once they've completed the review, if you don't see their reply via email first.
Perhaps @EA_Mako can add something to this thread again? I haven't heard a thing from EA support, still banned. By this time I'd like a refund on the money I spent on the season pass, but unbanning me would also be nice. What do I do after over a month of silence from EA?
I'd like to add to this thread because I'm in the same situation. I play this game like it's my religion, thousands of hours logged even though I'm not that good. I've bought the battle pass for every season I've played, plus other cosmetics.
On February 12th my account was banned. The data Ea tracks and allows you to download indicates that several people all over the world have attempted to log into my account since I resecured it. It is as plain as day to me that my account was compromised and used by hackers to cheat in games, resulting in the ban. I understand that it takes time to investigate a situation like this and that each case must be considered on an individual basis, but I am upset by the way this has been handled. The day of my ban I changed my password, enabled two-factor, and contacted support via chat. He told me he had elevated my case and that I should look forward to an email in 14 days. Since then I have received absolutley zero contact on this matter, despite sending two follow up emails. This has been especially stressful because (warning: gamer sh!t) Bangalore's my darling main and her collection event ends in two days and you KNOW I want that banana knife. I want to throw Ea $200 of my stimmie for cosmetics, but I can't risk buying them on an account I may never get back. I just want to play this game and give respawn money ;w;

I am a caustic main, and i really wanted to get the cowboy skin. And generally, i am really sad i wont get the badges or achievements or skins or whatever.
I would have even bought certain things but now my BP is going to waste and i cant even do dailies.
Like i said before, or in my own post anyway, im so mad at this. Still no reply, it has been over a month now for me.
And i really HOPE they will compensate us with giving us a lot of what we missed out. I mean seriously...
Normally i can but a new BP without investing money, just using my points. I dont know if this will work out this season.
I also get max BP lvl and do all dailies. I cant do that right now either. It just sucks and their lack of communication is just sickening.
Not even one comment from the mods on this forum either. No new information about what happened, what is going to happen etc.
Just told to wait. Its been over a month!
Small update: I contacted @/eahelp on Twitter on the advice of some mods in other threads. Whoever runs their Twitter support team is a god b/c they got back to me within hours. They told me that my case is still in the tos team's queue and that they sent the team a reminder about my case. Thank god!! Finally news, even if it wasn't much.
I also hope that we'll be offered the stuff we missed out on, I'm INCREDIBLY salty that I didn't get a chance to earn the anniversary event badges and heirloom shards x( judging from the posts here, on reddit, and on the steam community page, this issue has affected a fair number of players. I expect ea will probably make a statement about the data breach that must have occurred sometime around early February.
