Incorrect ban, no response
Hey people, I'd like to know if anybody else has had this experience. A while ago my Apex account was suddenly banned. I have no idea why, I'm a mediocre player, I haven't dont much interesting in-g...

I messaged eahelp on twitter weeks ago, their response was "make a ticket"
the live chat option people were far more helpful (in my case) but the did tell me the same as you were told.
I do hope though that something DOES happen after all. In my case its been over two weeks since this was said .-.
And expect the same in regards to a publich statement. That would be the very least they could do. I am salty too and im real upset they havent made a statement yet.
I agree that quite some people have to have this issue.

Well they replied to me twice now... both times saying the "sanction" was valid.
I asked them if they could show me the proof of what they think i`ve supposedly done or just tell me what claims they have; and for some reason they wont or cant do that.
To me it sounds like BS, because why would they say their sanction is righteous but just sent the general rules-page to me over and over again??
I mean i would deeply hate if i broke a small rule and got permanently banned for that. I again dont see why there is no temporary ban or other sanctions vs a perma-ban.
HOWEVER; even saying that i do not know what rule i was supposed to have been breaking.
I probably wasn`t hacked, as i cant see any weird login in my user-data.
But i did not cheat, i do not know what they think i have done.... and they just repeat the claims wihtout letting me in on any of it.
Initially, the email said i cheated and now they just said i broke user agreement. Both is so vague ... i reached out to them AGAIN but at this point i just feel like the person resonsible hates me for no reason.
