I would normally advise people to use an SSD and go hardwired but with next gen around the corner just throw in an ethernet for better connection and deal with long load times, Ethernet will make it more smooth but the xbox (especially the OG) takes a while to render the map that's why it takes you a bit longer to get in.
Oh one more thing, if new player the first 18 levels or so you are in noob lobbies then you get thrown into the deep end with everyone that's playing for a while, I came out my noob pool with a 4k/d since getting thrown in with big boys I'm happy to hold a 1-2 kills to death.
- @CAGOA33 Hmmm. With next gen I'll probably look at adding a socket, I'm reliant on ethernet but via a second router which is wirelessly connected to the main router.
I also wonder if there's another level I've got to. I'm well beyond 18, I think I'm around Lvl 210 or so now and like I say almost overnight it went from playable to feeling like you're one of the victims in a YouTube "I just did 10k damage" video.Ok so its possible you are just bouncing between skill brackets, few good games it's putting you into higher tier matchmaking a few bad games you go back down to where you find it easy, that's the problem with SBMM in casual most people just yoyo about from easy to hard it doesn't really find a level for anyone other than the top players.
