Ok so its possible you are just bouncing between skill brackets, few good games it's putting you into higher tier matchmaking a few bad games you go back down to where you find it easy, that's the problem with SBMM in casual most people just yoyo about from easy to hard it doesn't really find a level for anyone other than the top players.
Thanks mate, appreciate the advice. Was close to uninstalling the damn game this morning! Obviously just need to get smashed a few more times then I'll settle back into my level!!
