Is it me or is the prowler better than the Hemlock in burst fire?
I don’t know why, but I definitely do better with the prowler than the hemlock when its in burst fire. Anyone else notice this?

Yes, close distance, prowler is deadly, especially if you dancing around with the enemies.
Hemlok works great in medium distance and great long distance with single fire and fast finger.
