Is keyboard and mouse still bannable with cross play enabled with the ps4?

@maximas1986 In theory it is not cheating in terms how they view a cheat. It is a 3rd party application to the system they use to convert controller to mouse and keyboard. Same as Xim for Pc. They don't do nothing about people removing their recoil because their modded item allows it. Just like they allow strike packs they allow many things that should be a bannable offense.
