Is keyboard and mouse still bannable with cross play enabled with the ps4?

I was thinking of trying to figure out a way to configure it but before I spent the time I was curious as to if it is still a bankable offense on console since now with play with p.c. anyway.

It was never a bannable offence as far as I know.
It's always been a grey area but from what I know no one has been banned because they used M&K.

Everything is a grey zone for them ...

M/K on consoles "lol greyzone" , famous streamer cheating/abusing "lol greyzone" , * controllers/strike pack "lol greyzone" , full apex teams with 30 000 frags matchmaked against solo normal players "lol greyzone"
