I know you wonder why would this be bannable, answer is short and obvious and probably stated above, but this gives you distinct advantages over other players. Less distraction, more visibility, no smoke etc. 

This has been brought before in other topics of people complaining about this exact situation because obviously people try to manipulate and take advantageous of anything they can to get a winning edge. 

Just know it is bannable if they find you using these settings. 

I assume sooner or later they'll make it so you can only use in game settings to adjust your settings as it's been a big complaint.
