Is the Nemesis op on purpose?

@Cro_PitttWhat would they nerf on the 301? As fast as I'm concerned it's a fairly balanced weapon.
Side note: does anyone think the Nemesis sounds like something from Star Trek?
It's also weird seeing a base weapon with reactive skin type properties.

@hayhor@Cro_PitttCuz it's a solid weapon that's easy to use. I mean many said the Volt is also pretty easy. And yes it's versatile but it's but hardly the best AR at long range. I give that title to the Hemi. But yes it is 1 of the most versatile weapons in the game.
@BigMacAttack8ulisten to Star Trek guns lol. It def sounds more Trekkie lol. The havoc sounds sci-fi yes, but it's an energy weapon so it's supposed to lol. But def not like anything from any specific series or movie. I've always thought of the Pk as an energy shotgun. Still doesn't sound like anything I've heard before tho.
