Is there an algorithm to keep players the same rank forever?

I can’t for the life of me get past diamond IV, and I swear it gets more difficult every season just to get to diamond. Even on days where I’m moving better, shooting better, and getting more kills, ...

@hayhor A dive trail and an heirloom are the only things I don't have in the game and it was the only thing to grind in the game last season since I'm lvl 500 and finished the BP quite early. We need more things to grind and level up to in the game other than rank.

@Cheese9ManI play video games to have fun. Grinding in a video game is not fun to me. Just playing is. If it isnt I play something else. But I understand lots of people like objectives in games. I have plenty of objectives in the rest of life that actually matter. Video games allow me to escape that stress.
