Is there any plans to fix the problems?

This whole week I have not been able to land one hit in battle royale mode (I play trios) and the action slows to a halt whenever a gunfight starts and the bullets go right through whoever I'm shooting at.  One whole clip of the spitfire rendered 18 damage, one whole clip of the nemesis did ZERO damage.   Yet, the person shooting at me downed me instantly.

I'm not the only one having this problem.  One girl I talked to plays on both the switch and ps5 and she said the same thing to me everyone else does, since season 20 she can no longer get a kill, and you can no longer fight back during gunfights.  So, I know this problem is not just on switch.  This girl was a diamond player in ranked and now she can't get out of rookie iv, and has had zero kills since season 20 started.

I'm seriously considering Uninstalling again since this is no fun.  How are these cheaters or advantage players having fun just roaming the map blasting defenseless people with one shot? Ask yourselves why nobody fights back when shot at on all of these youtube videos with these so called "champion" players.

After them sending out surveys to the players, have they made any plans to fix these problems or are they just going to let them go? 

As I said, I know it's not just me because I talk with those I play with, and several others have posted on this forum about the same issues.  If there are no plans to fix it please let me know so I can uninstall.  I just got a brand new gaming pc, but I heard those lobbies are taken over by cheaters so unless you also cheat you won't have fun on pc. (Been told this by at least 4 people now)

I know several will try to say it's net or technical issues.  Nothing is wrong with my internet,  but if it's a server end problem it should be easy to fix since the game ran fine in season 19.

I am a little upset, but this game eats up a tremendous amount of time having to practice for hours at a time in the firing range on weekends and play everyday just to keep your skills up.  That's why when you have to put up with this constantly it's just frustrating,  so please understand.

    Does anyone know how to get in touch with Ea, respawn,  or iron galaxy or whoever handles this game?  This is getting ridiculous.   Shots are just going right through enemies and there is no way to fight back.  I have logged 1,300 hours into this game in the past year only to have them change it to this.  If it's only my game then they need to fix it with a patch or something.  Why the slow motion during gun fights?  Why do bullets go right through players, and yet any other player can one shot me through a wall? 

    Something is very wrong with this.  I can't put my finger on it yet, but there is something not right.

    I am going to contact them directly I think since they won't answer on here.  Is it EA, Respawn, or Iron Galaxy that handles the actual programming of the game?

    they better do fix stuff right now , bcs from the trend one can see on the steam charts ... they are about to loose 100K players  (Peak Players) compared to last month ...
    Most likely 200K in comparison to the boost they got with the new season in February dropping to even below the January numbers.

    @r1ggedgame Very concerning that pubg has double the playerbase on avg and peaks 3times as high every day.

    The cheating and aimassist issue in apex cost the game dearly

    @WTF_Huitzo Switch shares with PS and Xbox. I'd bet money the problems being had are the platform. 20 fps vs 120 fps. Just overall more powerful systems. Is the switch version even optimized?

    @AymCTL Yeah PC is in a rough state too unfortunately. Maybe the sync issues won't be as bad for you tho.

    @BallisticMVPthe statement that it will take them years to adjust aim assist tells a lot, bcs it would be a super easy fix with methods they already apply ... convert that crappy crossplay to inputbased lobbies.
    And ill bet, 80% of the MnK players that left the game for good ... likely will come back

    Yes, this has been an issue before and now it is again, so many cheaters! Beaming people from far, etc.

    @r1ggedgame Since they took aim assist off of the switch joy con they need to remove it from all systems so there are no advantage players whatsoever. They need to adjust it so all players move at the same speed, have the same health and defense, and all guns do the same damage no matter the player and have the same recoil no matter the player.

    I'm sick of these people with unlimited health cheats, ability to kill anyone with one shot with any gun, no damage registering, and all of my guns jump toward the sky on firing yet all enemies seem to have no recoil at all. The graphics have gotten worse each season so that enemies are so blurry and it slows you down to a halt while enemies move at 10x speed.

    If I didn't put on 1300 hours of practice learning this game it wouldn't bother me so much, but I've seen how this game can be better.

    I got the info from the ea website on how to do a dispute resolution, and where to mail it in writing and the 30 day review process, so I think I'm going to go that route since I don't think they will fix this anytime soon. I wish they would start banning cheaters, that would be a start. Maybe they are planning to ban them in waves all at once.

    @hayhor No, it was downgraded to a lower resolution for season 20. This is when the graphics and game physics became very bad.
