After months of following this guy on Twitter, a platform I got juts for this, I was finally able to secure a PS5 directly from Sony! I'm ecstatic right now! Once it gets delivered & I get it set up I'll be back playing Apex with you guys!

Hopefully Apex is fixed by the time you get your PS5.
otherwise you will be posting here about server disconnects, laggy game, slow mo games, code leaf-cloud-Snake etc. and all you will get is check your connections and try again.

Honest question, if someone has played this on Playstation 4 and 5 is there a noticeable difference? Most problems with Apex seem network related so I imagine the console probably won't make too big of a difference.

I am a PC player MnK rules. So I would not know of any differences between PS$ or 5.
As far as Apex goes right now it does not matter if you are a console or PC player the server and connection issues on EA/Respawns side are in a sad state of affairs.

@hayhor Mixture of time & PS4 out of commission. But once I have that I will make time ๐ lol. I won't be playing as much as I used to still. Maybe only an hour or 2 a night. Been so long that I'm a have to get readjusted to the controls ๐!
@RockDokRockAside from the 60fps vs 30fps difference as Hayhor mentioned in all honesty graphically I don't see any difference it's a PS4 port after all.It's a shame that Respawn hasn't provided the next gen upgrades (PS5/Xbox X/S) like most other multiplayers have benefitted from & although they have mentioned the upgrade is in the pipeline that could mean anything (next month,next year,next decade etc).One benefit between playing Apex on PS5 over the PS4 is the controller & although the PS5 is a little heavier,feels a little clunkier & sticks feel a little more sensitive I still feel the PS5 controller is far better once you get used to it.Re-configuring your aim/alc settings to suit is a wise option.PS5 is a worthy purchase but as I mentioned in another post the biggest issue I (& many other people) have with is how small the HD capacity is which is a little under 670GB once online bits & bobs have been taken off & can get eaten up in as few as half a dozen games.
Server issues have still been as problematic on the PS5 as on the PS4 so no difference.
