If you suspect someone of cheating please use of following methods.
Client side reporting: Report the player with the in-game tool.
EAC Site reporting: Fill in all details on the EAC Site - Report a Cheater.

They are permanently looking to improve there cheat detection systems.
Every report will be reviewed and is taken very seriously.

You can report cheater like @Zeelmaekers said, or You can report a Cheater in-game from either the spectate view after dying or when looking at your team’s Banner Cards in the Squad tab.
