Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING YET IM PERMANENTLY BANNED. I finally figured out the culprit for my random ban and it had to do with a account logging into my apex in London and other countries, I’ve taken more precautions as having a 3 step verification and changing passwords and emails. I provided the proof to the EA team with the data they provide when you download all of your apex legends data, I provided screenshots of the logins occurring in other COUNTRIES. How is this how the system works, punishing players for being wronged is insane, nobody wants to be hacked but then on top of that to perma ban them with no way to get their account back is absurd. Genuinely what am I supposed to do? I have proved I wasn’t in the wrong, I’ve tried to be respectful, more pushy, and persistent. I’ve made several appeal attempts with different proof as well as several forum posts and nothing has worked, if anyone else has this random ban problem download your apex data and check your login data. EA IF YOU ARE GOING GO KEEP ME BANNED AT LEAST ENAIL ME ABOUT IT INSTEAD OF AUTOMATED REJECTION EMAILS. I provided a image of some of the logins but blurred some stuff out because I wasn’t sure what would be vulnerable information or not but this is what has been going on.
