    I can see in the screenshot you can contact someone by sending an email.
    You might want to contact them that way and see if anything can get sorted.

Hey, I just want to pop in and back up @Zeelmaekers. Unfortunately we have no influence over or visibility of tournament proceedings on AHQ, and contacting ALGSLeagueOps@ea.com would be the way to go.
