Knocked legends moving much faster?

Is there a bug with knocked legends this season that i've missed? They seem to be moving much faster in S10 - twice as fast, almost. Is it intended behaviour?

@EdwardDLuffy It's a bug when someone cancels a finisher on downed people. You can jump and move faster. Also, tap strafe 💀

@EdwardDLuffy as someone that has a lot of experience of being knocked 🙄
I dont think i can move any faster
In fact, read my "unbelievable game" post lol, i gained kill leader while i was knocked and struggling towards the ring 🙂

It is a bug, it happened to me as well.
