@EA_Blueberry Dallas server with 40 ping. Changed to multiple servers and the same thing happens all servers have zero packet loss.

I play on pc but I have 3 other ps4 users in my house hold who have the same issues.
All get code:wheel shortly after loading into any match or firing range.
Everything has been working fine since season 7 with no changes on my end.

A network outage is an example of an issue where there is no actual defect with the server, however there is an issue with the internet connection somewhere between a client's computer and the server itself.

@DoYaSeeMe so the below example from London server last night would be a non network outage and an example of an issue where there is a defect with the server, and there is also an issue with the internet connection somewhere between the Internet and the server itself? 😃

@OldTreeCreeperThe example in the video is most probably of a congested network or wireless interference. Updates from the server get to you with a very long delay, either due to a choked bandwidth or because of some wireless interference. Some packets do get through, which is why the connection to the server remains active instead of timing out and throwing you back to the lobby. Anyway, you seem to have the full collection of the trouble icons appearing on the upper right :P

Also, did notice that Respawn said they're looking into it, even though it's a network outage issue. My "feeling" is that there's a problem with some service providers for the datacenters Apex / Titanfall use. Maybe these were the ones targeted by the recent DDoS/ MiTM attacks (and probably they still are). Respawn probably tries to enhance the transfer of of players from the bare metal servers that are under fire to the cloud and temporarily rent more hosting to avoid the active servers going full.

@EA_Blueberry This is still an issue for me and many other who are trying to enjoy the game. Any update on what's going on?

    Hey there,

Apologies for the delayed response, I was out the last couple days so I wasn't able to update this thread.

This was the latest update from Respawn:

We've released an update to our servers that seems to have resolved the network outages. We're also aware of an unrelated issue that causes a limited group of players to be booted from games with "code: wheel" and "code: net" messages displayed afterward. We're working on it!

@DoYaSeeMe thank you for your reply 🙌 It was the oddest one yet, but it was obvious with the 2 minute decline in the number of players (not normal) that of the 49 that started, 36 were ejected or ejected themselves along with some kills. Now that I think about it the 11 missing at the start maby have been code somethinged out of the game at the start.
